协会介绍 中国建设工程造价管理协会是由从事工程造价咨询及工程建设相关业务的企业、政府管理机构、地方协会和专业委员会等单位和造价工程师等专业人员自愿结成的全国性、行业性、非营利性社会团体。 本会简称中价协，英文名称为China Cost Engineering Association，缩写为CCEA。 本会会员分布和活动地域为全国。 本会的宗旨是：坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻落实党中央重大决策部署。认真履行提供服务，反映诉求，规范行为的职责,维护会员的合法权益，为合理确定和有效控制工程造价，提升建设项目投资价值和效益，推动工程建设高质量发展贡献力量。 本会遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，践行社会主义核心价值观，弘扬爱国主义精神，遵守社会道德风尚，自觉加强诚信自律建设。 本会的业务范围： （一）研究工程造价管理改革和发展的理论、方针、政策，向政府部门提出技术和法规等政策建议； （二）根据授权，统计和分析工程造价行业发展动态，发布发展报告和专业技术研究报告； （三）组织编制和发布团体标准，参与制订国家标准，组织制订行业标准； （四）推进工程造价行业诚信体系建设，完善行业约束与惩戒机制，开展信用评价； （五）加强与地方造价管理协会的联系与合作，搭建会员服务和交流平台，组织开展经验交流； （六）构建工程造价数据资源的共建、共享、共管机制，提高工程造价行业信息化、数字化水平； （七）组织开展相关专业培训、岗位技能培训，不断提高工程造价企业和专业人员素质，推动建设新时代工程造价专业人才队伍； （八）开展工程造价行业纠纷调解； （九）依照有关规定，主办《工程造价管理》期刊、协会网站和微信公众号，为会员提供信息服务； （十）开展国际交流与合作，履行相关国际组织成员的职责和义务； （十一）开展与工程造价相关的法律、政策、技术、管理、市场等咨询服务； （十二）承接政府授权或者委托的其他事项。 业务范围中属于法律、法规等规定须经批准的事项，依法经批准后开展。

Introduction to the Association China Cost Engineering Association is a national, industry-based, and non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by enterprises engaged in engineering cost consulting and related construction activities, government administrative bodies, local associations, professional committees, and professional personnel such as cost engineers. Its English name is China Cost Engineering Association, abbreviated as CCEA. The Association's membership and activities are distributed nationwide. The purpose of the Association is to adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guiding principle, and to fully implement the major decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee. The Association conscientiously fulfills its responsibilities of providing services, representing interests, and regulating conduct, safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of its members, contributes to the rational determination and effective control of project costs, enhances the investment value and benefits of construction projects, and promotes the high-quality development of the construction industry. The Association abides by the Constitution, laws, regulations, and national policies, practices the core socialist values, promotes the spirit of patriotism, observes social ethics and customs, and consciously strengthens integrity and self-discipline. The scope of business of the Association is as follows: (1) To study theories, guidelines, and policies concerning the reform and development of construction cost management, and to submit policy recommendations on technical and regulatory matters to government authorities; (2) To collect statistics on and analyze development trends in the construction cost industry as authorized, and to publish development reports and professional technical research reports; (3) To organize the formulation and release of group standards, participate in the development of national standards, and organize the formulation of industry standards; (4) To promote the development of an integrity system in the construction cost industry, improve industry self-regulation and disciplinary mechanisms, and carry out credit evaluation; (5) To strengthen liaison and cooperation with local construction cost management associations, build platforms for member services and exchanges, and organize experience-sharing activities; (6) To establish mechanisms for the joint construction, sharing, and co-management of construction cost data resources, and to enhance the informatization and digitalization level of the construction cost industry; (7) To organize professional training and job skills training, continuously improve the competence of construction cost enterprises and professionals, and promote the development of a new-generation talent pool in construction cost management; (8) To conduct mediation of disputes within the construction cost industry; (9) In accordance with relevant regulations, to sponsor and operate the Construction Cost Management journal, the association’s website, and its official WeChat public account, and to provide information services for members; (10) To carry out international exchanges and cooperation, and to fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of membership in relevant international organizations; (11) To provide consulting services related to construction cost management in areas such as law, policy, technology, management, and the market; (12) To undertake other matters authorized or entrusted by the government. For matters within the scope of business that are subject to approval according to laws and regulations, activities shall be carried out in accordance with the law after obtaining the necessary approvals.
