Association Introduction China Association of Building Energy Efficiency The China Association of Building Energy Efficiency (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") is a national first-level association approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs with the consent of the State Council. The business guidance department is the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The Association is a national, industry-specific, non-profit organization voluntarily formed by enterprises, institutions, social organizations, and individuals engaged in building energy efficiency and low carbon, green buildings and communities, building industrialization, and green low-carbon building materials. It mainly engages in policy research, standard formulation, industry self-discipline, technology promotion, education and training, conferences and exhibitions, evaluation and labeling, international exchanges, and consulting services in the field of building energy efficiency and green buildings. The purpose of the Association is to implement the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, uphold the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing," and take the creation of "low-carbon, green, and healthy" buildings as its mission. It serves the government, industry, market, enterprises, and practitioners, focusing on high-quality urban and rural development, and vigorously promotes the green and low-carbon development of the construction industry.
