In an era of continuous global advancement in science and academia, the bridge between knowledge accumulation and practical action is becoming increasingly important. It is against this backdrop that the "Knowledge and Action Achievement Award" was born. Initiated and organized by the Association for Academic Research and Exchange, the award aims to recognize outstanding individuals around the world who have successfully integrated theory with practice in fields such as academia, science and technology, education, and the arts. Founding and Philosophy: From Thought to Action The birth of the Knowledge and Action Achievement Award was not a momentary inspiration, but the result of years of dedication by the Association for Academic Research and Exchange to promoting knowledge sharing and academic progress. Founded in 2015, the association is a non-profit organization characterized by a global perspective and interdisciplinary integration. Over the years, the association has continuously encouraged scholars, researchers, and industry leaders to achieve breakthroughs in knowledge exploration and social practice, providing intellectual support for sustainable social development. In 2015, the association's core team, including President Dr. WANG Ziming, technology pioneer Professor LI Wentao, biomedical expert Dr. CHEN Yaru, and Secretary-General LIU Haifeng, who has over ten years of academic management experience, jointly decided to launch the Knowledge and Action Achievement Award project. They firmly believed that only the combination of knowledge and action can achieve excellence in a constantly changing world. Thus, the Knowledge and Action Achievement Award was born, becoming a global symbol of excellence in the integration of knowledge and practice. Mission and Value of the Award: Unity of Knowledge and Action, Excellence and Innovation: The Knowledge and Action Achievement Award is established to honor individuals who have successfully transformed theoretical knowledge into tangible outcomes in fields such as science and technology, medicine, engineering, education, the arts, and finance. The award is open to global candidates each year and is governed by rigorous evaluation criteria and a fair selection process, ensuring that recipients have a broad and lasting impact in both academic research and social practice. The purpose of the award goes beyond recognizing individual excellence—it aims to set a benchmark for the integration of knowledge and action. By doing so, it seeks to inspire more researchers, scholars, and industry leaders to step out of the laboratory and into the real world, contributing their expertise to the advancement of society and the betterment of the world. Association for Academic Research and Exchange and the Knowledge and Action Achievement Award: Achieving Together, Moving Forward Hand in Hand As a core project initiated by the Association for Academic Research and Exchange, the Knowledge and Action Achievement Award has received comprehensive support from the association.
