[Submission Related Matters Are As Follows] 1. Manuscripts should have a solid textual foundation, with smooth and fluent language, avoiding awkward sentences and typos. Topics should be novel, with clear political orientation, correct viewpoints, reliable data, and a word count preferably between 8,000 and 20,000 words. 2. Manuscripts must be substantive; empty preaching and "textbook-style" expository articles are not accepted. 3. Except for the columns "Special Feature", "Authoritative Review", "Panorama View", and "Energy Technology", the rest cover information technology and applications; oil and gas, geology and mining, power equipment management and technology, etc. 4. All manuscripts must provide sufficient argumentation for the thesis and arguments of the article. The journal has the right to edit and revise submitted articles; if you disagree, please indicate so when submitting. 12. Authors must not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals and must ensure there is no dispute over authorship. Submissions from military or confidential units must provide a review and signature certification from their unit. If plagiarism, impersonation, or other violations of copyright law are found, the author is responsible. If the manuscript has been read at an academic conference or published in an internal journal, please indicate so when submitting.
